Contract | Travel | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 10-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on an Endoscopy/GI unit with a 1:4 patient ratio
- Perform and assist with endoscopic procedures including EGD, ERCP, colonoscopy, and bronchoscopy
- Operate and support use of ERBE intraoperative equipment
- Document patient care accurately using the Meditech Expanse EMR system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge RNs and endoscopy technicians
- Participate in weekend call rotation (approximately 1 weekend per month) and on-call coverage as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- ACLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of endoscopy nursing experience
- Demonstrated experience with EGD, ERCP, colonoscopy, and bronchoscopy procedures
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Meditech Expanse EMR
- Flexible and positive demeanor with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced procedural environment
