Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervisory oversight of nursing staff and hospital operations during the night shift
- Serve as the primary administrative and clinical resource for staff across all units during overnight hours
- Coordinate patient care activities, bed management, and staffing assignments throughout the facility
- Respond to and manage clinical emergencies, escalating as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, regulatory standards, and patient safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Proof of negative TB screening within 12 months prior to contract start date
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Previous experience in a house supervisor or charge nurse leadership role
