Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Onsite | 40 Guaranteed Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide standard respiratory therapy care including breathing treatments, oxygen checks, and incentive spirometry
- Manage and support patients on ventilators, BiPAP, and CPAP
- Perform outpatient pulmonary function tests (PFTs) and treadmill stress tests
- Participate in weekday and weekend call rotation shared among a small team of Respiratory Therapists
- Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Respiratory Therapist experience
- Active and valid Respiratory Therapist license
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Current NRP certification
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Proficiency with Cerner electronic health records system
- Experience in a setting requiring on-call availability and rotating call schedules
