iDEAL HIRE is hiring a new Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – (CCC) for our client in the education industry. This is a full-time, school-based role, working in West Palm Beach, FL, offering a pay rate of $51/hr.

- What You’ll Be Doing:
• Provide speech-language therapy services, including assessment, treatment, and consultation, to students with communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-12.
• Conduct evaluations and monitor progress to inform instructional decisions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication needs.
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports for each student.
• Adapt therapy techniques based on evidence-based practices for diverse learners.
• Support students with complex communication needs in a school-based environment.
• Handle occasional travel and classroom interruptions effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid FL SLP License (FLBSLP).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with students in grades K-12.
- Experience supporting middle to high school students with communication disorders.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with educators, families, and professionals.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic school environment, handling interruptions and stress positively.
