Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to supervising nursing staff
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the state of Iowa
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
- Ability to work rotating shifts within a Sunday through Saturday work week
- Compliance with all facility health, background, and credentialing requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a high-census or fast-paced SNF environment
- Strong documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills
