Schedule / Job Type
Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday–Thursday, No Weekends)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within a Chemical Dependency / Detox unit on a night shift schedule
- Monitor and assess patients undergoing chemical dependency treatment and detoxification
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Document patient progress, changes in condition, and nursing interventions accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in New Mexico or compact state eligibility
- Experience in detox and chemical dependency nursing is required
- Must be available for and pass a clinical interview prior to placement
- Must be able to arrive in-state prior to start date to complete New Mexico state fingerprinting requirements
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a Monday–Thursday schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a rehabilitation or behavioral health setting
- Familiarity with New Mexico state licensing and compliance requirements
