Contract (13 Weeks) | Nights | Thursday – Sunday | 12-Hour Shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Rehabilitation Unit during night shift hours
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for rehabilitation patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals
• Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and responses to treatment
• Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and state nursing regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1–2 years of Acute Care or Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• Ability to complete New Mexico state fingerprinting prior to start date (must arrive in-state a few days before start)
• Availability to participate in a clinical interview prior to placement
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a Thursday through Sunday schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Rehabilitation or Medical Rehabilitation unit setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in an acute care environment
