Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 4 x 12-Hour Shifts | 48 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to rehabilitation patients during overnight shifts in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards
- Monitor and document patient condition, progress, and response to treatment throughout the shift
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the supervising physician or registered nurse
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support patient recovery goals
- Communicate effectively with oncoming shift staff to ensure continuity of care
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Kentucky
- Current BLS certification
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation or similar clinical setting
- Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts, including weekends as required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital environment
- Familiarity with rehabilitation-specific patient care protocols and documentation
