Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days, 5x8 Hours (8:00–17:00) | Onsite | Guaranteed 72 hours per 2-week period

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services across outpatient, acute care, and long-term care / swing bed settings
• Float within scope of practice to meet facility needs across all covered care areas
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans appropriate to each care setting
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Epic electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams within a Critical Access Hospital environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Alaska state Occupational Therapist license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current NBCOT certification
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Willingness to float between outpatient, acute care, and LTC/swing bed as needed
• Candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility (locals not accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare setting
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health records charting system
• Experience across multiple care settings including outpatient, acute, and long-term care
