Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an acute care setting, managing up to 12 patients per day
• Focus on standard mobility and activities of daily living (ADL) interventions across all areas of the hospital
• Utilize Meditech EMR system for documentation and patient records
• Operate standard rehabilitation equipment in accordance with facility protocols
• Float and provide coverage across all hospital units as needed
• Cover one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) each week throughout the duration of the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of experience, including acute care experience (clinical rotations during school may be considered)
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high level of accountability
• Ability to manage a caseload of up to 12 patients per day in a fast-paced acute care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with complex trauma patients
• Experience working with complex neurological patient populations
