Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days (5x8 Hours, 8:00–16:00) | Onsite | Weekends required (1 per month)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Manage a patient caseload at a 1:6 therapist-to-patient ratio
• Float between units as needed within the facility
• Document patient care and progress using Epic electronic health records
• Participate in holiday coverage, committing to 3 of 5 designated holidays

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist state license; compact license must be active and in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Ability to commit to contracted schedule including weekend and holiday requirements
• Willingness to float to sister facilities nearby the contracted location as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Acute care occupational therapy experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience in a rehabilitation hospital or inpatient rehab unit
