Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day/Evening Rotating Shifts | 40 hours per week fulfilled through a combination of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts based on unit need. Shift options include 06:30–17:00, 06:30–19:00, or 10:30–20:30, Monday through Friday. Call coverage (evening, night, and weekend) may be required as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced Operating Room environment across day and evening rotating schedules.
• Perform circulating and scrubbing duties as required by the surgical team and unit needs.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records utilizing the EPIC electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal surgical patient outcomes.
• Participate in call coverage including evening, night, and weekend shifts as scheduled.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience required.
• Valid RN license (compact or state-specific) required at time of submission.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system required.
• Nursing education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in neuro, thoracic, ENT, orthopedic, general, plastics, urology, GU/GYN, free flap, and robotic (Da Vinci) surgical specialties preferred.
• Experience in oncology surgical settings is a plus.
• Circulate and scrub dual competency strongly preferred.
