Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 5x8-hour shifts) | No weekends required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hybrid physical therapy coverage across both inpatient rehabilitation and acute care settings
• Deliver skilled physical therapy services to patients on Medical-Surgical, post-operative, and ICU unitsFloat between inpatient rehab and acute care based on facility volume and census needs
• Apply orthopedic clinical expertise to evaluate and treat patients across the continuum of inpatient care
• Complete up to 8 hours of onboarding modules within the first week of assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana state Physical Therapist license (must be obtained prior to start date)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to start
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Ability to work across inpatient rehabilitation and acute care environments
• Willingness to float within the facility or to a nearby affiliate location as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Orthopedic physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience working with post-operative and ICU patient populations
• First-time travelers welcome to apply
