Contract | Days | 8-Hour Shifts | Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM with flexible Saturday hours | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations for patients requiring Physical Therapy services across a wide variety of diagnoses in an acute inpatient setting
• Develop individualized plans of care and provide evidence-based Physical Therapy treatmentWork collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
• Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and goals
• Complete all clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
• Current CPR certification
• Prior inpatient Physical Therapy experience required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High degree of professionalism and flexibility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working within an interdisciplinary team in an acute care hospital environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse patient caseload with varying diagnoses
