Contract | Rotating Shifts (Days/Nights) | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM and 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly (Excluding On-Call Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
• Float between ICU and Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) as needed
• Participate in rotating day and night shifts, including every-other-weekend rotation
• Fulfill holiday rotation requirements when working through winter holiday periods (2 holidays required)
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC electronic health records system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an ICU or similar critical care setting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating between ICU and IMCU environments
• Familiarity with critical care protocols and high-acuity patient management
