Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a cardiovascular med/surg unit in a telemetry setting
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
• Maintain a full patient ratio as required by unit standards
• Float to other units within the facility in an RN capacity as needed, assuming full patient assignments
• Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
• Fulfill holiday coverage requirements as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Must pass facility EKG competency test prior to start
• Cardiovascular nursing experience required
• Ability to float to any unit in an RN capacity and manage a full patient ratio

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of RN experience, preferably in a cardiovascular or telemetry setting
• Prior experience in a med/surg cardiovascular unit
