Contract – 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts per Week | 36–40 Guaranteed Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-risk obstetrical bedside nursing care in a Labor & Delivery unit operating under AWHONN staffing ratios
• Circulate in cesarean section procedures within the Labor & Delivery setting
• Recover high-acuity obstetrical patients following vaginal deliveries, c-sections, D&C procedures, and post-delivery care
• Monitor and manage patients using GE fetal monitors and document care using Meditech and CPN systems
• Manage varying patient ratios including 1:1 for active or unstable labor/mag patients, 2:1 for stable patients, and up to 3:1 for OBED triage
• Float to antepartum unit within the Women's service line as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of high-risk Labor & Delivery experience
• Demonstrated experience with high-risk obstetrical bedside care and c-section circulating
• Intermediate AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certificate
• Ability to recover high-acuity patients post-delivery

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-risk OB environment with complex patient populations
• Familiarity with Meditech and/or CPN documentation systems
• Experience with GE fetal monitoring equipment
