Travel Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a 16-bed Progressive Care Unit with a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
- Collaborate with charge nurses, fellow RNs, and Patient Care Technicians across day and night shifts
- Utilize Meditech EMR system for accurate and timely documentation of patient information
- Perform procedures and interventions typical of a PCU/stepdown environment
- Float to other PCU units and telemetry floors as needed per unit guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of PCU or progressive care experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Meditech EMR
- Prior travel nursing experience in a PCU or stepdown setting
- Telemetry experience suitable for floating assignments
