Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:00) | Onsite | Weekends Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Neuro Telemetry unit within a short-term acute care facility
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4, delivering safe and effective nursing care throughout each shift
- Float between units as needed to support staffing and patient care demands
- Adhere to facility dress code and departmental policies for licensed nursing personnel
- Commit to working designated holiday shifts as required by contract
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a relevant clinical setting
- Ability to work night shifts including weekends (6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule)
- Must commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
- Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a Neuro Telemetry or Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting
- Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center or similarly complex acute care environment
- Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and neurological patient populations
