Contract | Days | Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 32–40 Hours Per Week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Iowa or ability to obtain prior to start
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work a consistent weekday schedule excluding Tuesdays
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient physical therapy setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
