Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:30) | 36 Hours per Week | Onsite | Rotating weekends (up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period) and rotating holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular ICU setting with estimated patient ratios of 1:1–2
• Manage and monitor patients requiring advanced cardiac support including balloon pumps, PA lines, and ventilators
• Perform IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and conscious sedation as required
• Utilize electronic health record systems to document and coordinate patient care
• Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity level as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license (compact or state-specific) required at time of submission
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Proficiency in IV start, telemetry, mechanical ventilation, Swan-Ganz catheter monitoring, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, and PA lines
• Epic EMR experience required
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program required
• Must be willing and able to complete required state fingerprinting process promptly upon contract signing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
