Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | 3x12 Hours per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to newborns and infants in a NICU setting with a 1:2 patient ratio
• Float between multiple campuses as assigned, covering NICU, Peds, and PICU units
• Complete virtual orientation modules and participate in unit-based orientation shifts prior to or at the start of assignment
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health record systems
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, scheduling commitments, and float pool expectations

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State RN license
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Experience working with a 1:2 patient ratio
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years (at least one must be a supervisor or charge RN)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic health record charting
• Prior float pool or multi-campus work experience
