Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across multiple units, including floor care, emergency room, code response, and rapid response situations
• Float between units as needed based on patient acuity and departmental needs
• Deliver care in a short-term acute care environment within a Level II Trauma and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center setting
• Utilize Epic for clinical documentation and charting
• Adhere to scheduled block scheduling requirements, including holiday coverage commitments

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Valid Washington State respiratory therapy license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify under travel guidelines
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity acute care or trauma center environment
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health records system
• Experience with neuro diagnostics or respiratory specialty procedures
