Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients requiring speech-language pathology services in a post-acute care setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of North Dakota
• Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility
• Experience working in a post-acute or skilled nursing care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with PACS (Post-Acute Care Setting) patient populations
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
