Key Responsibilities
- Serve in an interim leadership capacity, functioning as Director of Nursing as needed
- Assist in overseeing daily nursing operations within a long-term care and skilled nursing facility environment
- Provide direct floor coverage and work alongside nursing staff to fill shift needs as required
- Ensure compliance with applicable clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Support nursing staff supervision, scheduling, and overall department management
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Dakota or compact equivalent
- Prior experience in a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing role
- Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Ability and willingness to work the floor as needed to cover open shifts
- Strong knowledge of LTC/SNF regulatory and compliance standards
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous interim or travel leadership experience in a long-term care environment
- Demonstrated ability to step into a leadership role and quickly assess and manage departmental needs
- Experience with staff supervision, clinical oversight, and operational management in a SNF setting
