Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a 12-bed Emergency Room setting with a patient ratio of 1:4 to 1:5
- Manage and treat patients across the full age spectrum, from birth through end of life
- Perform and assist with typical emergency department procedures in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize the Expanse EMR system for accurate and timely documentation
- Operate GE medical equipment as required for patient assessment and monitoring
- Participate in rotating weekend assignments as part of standard scheduling
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications required
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (11:00 AM – 11:00 PM), including rotating weekends
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic emergency care environment
- Experience with the Expanse EMR system
