Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Three 12-hour shifts per week (6:30 AM–7:00 PM or 6:30 PM–7:00 AM) | Rotating weekends and holidays | No call requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to high-risk OB patients across antepartum, labor and delivery, and postpartum phases
• Circulate for C-sections in a unit with three operating rooms
• Administer and monitor infusions including Oxytocin, Magnesium Sulfate, and Insulin, as well as other medications
• Perform IV starts, venipuncture, and lab draws on both mothers and newborns, including newborn stabilization
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC and manage medications via Pyxis
• Float to Postpartum and Antepartum units as needed; maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2

Required Qualifications

• Active Compact RN license or active Arkansas RN license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in Labor & Delivery specialty
• Recent hands-on EPIC documentation experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to circulate C-sections
• Must reside 100 or more miles from the facility (no local candidates)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level 1 Trauma center experience preferred
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification preferred
• Familiarity with Alaris pumps, epidural pumps, fetal monitors, and infant warmers
