Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 16–26 Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting
- Work a rotating schedule that includes a minimum of every other weekend, adjusted to meet unit and patient care needs
- Float to other units within the facility as needed to support staffing requirements
- Provide care to patients with dementia and related conditions across all units
- Work 2 out of 4 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN / LVN license valid in Vermont
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required
- Long-term care (LTC) experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Willingness and ability to float to other units as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with dementia patient populations
- Familiarity with completing detailed work history documentation including bed count, EMR systems, and facility type
