Travel - Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Weekend rotation and call required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures in a fast-paced cath lab environment
• Operate and monitor specialized cardiac imaging and hemodynamic equipment throughout procedures
• Prepare and maintain the cath lab, including sterile field setup and instrument managementParticipate in weekend rotation and on-call coverage as required by department scheduling
• Document procedural data accurately and maintain compliance with established clinical protocols
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
• Current and valid certification or licensure applicable to the Cardiac Cath Lab Tech role
• Demonstrated proficiency in cardiac catheterization laboratory procedures and equipment
• Ability to fulfill on-call and weekend rotation requirements
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique, radiation safety, and hemodynamic monitoring

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an accredited Chest Pain Center or Primary PCI-designated facility
• Familiarity with a high-volume, acute care hospital setting
• Prior travel assignment experience in a cath lab or cardiovascular services department
