Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | No Weekends or Holidays | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings (approximately 60% inpatient, 40% outpatient)
• Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional independence and quality of life
• Perform post-operative splint fabrication as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Vermont (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• NBCOT certification (or eligibility)
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient occupational therapy settings
• Proficiency in splint fabrication, including post-operative applications

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with a diverse patient population across varying acuity levels
