Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Evening Shift (5x8 Hours, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM) | Onsite | Every other weekend coverage required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiologic imaging procedures in an acute care hospital setting
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment in accordance with facility and safety standards
- Document and chart patient imaging data accurately using facility charting systems
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate imaging services
- Float to sister facilities nearby as required by assignment needs
- Commit to holiday coverage, including 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certification in Radiography (R)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid California Radiologic Technology State License (compact license must be in hand at time of submission)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Rad Tech / X-ray Tech
- Must reside within 50 miles of the facility (local radius rule applies)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Mediteach charting system
- Prior experience working in an acute care hospital environment
- Familiarity with travel contract compliance requirements and scheduling flexibility
