Cardiac Cath Lab Scrub Technologist

Contract | Days | Short-Term Coverage (approximately 32 hours)
Key Responsibilities
- Scrub and assist during cardiac catheterization and related interventional procedures
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field throughout procedures
- Anticipate physician needs and pass instruments and supplies during cases
- Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and sterilization of cath lab instrumentation
- Collaborate with the cath lab team to maintain patient safety and procedural efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a scrub technologist in a Cardiac Cath Lab or EP Lab setting
- Current relevant certification (e.g., CST or equivalent) preferred
- BLS certification required
- Ability to function independently in a fast-paced cath lab environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with short-term or travel contract assignments
- Familiarity with a broad range of cardiac interventional procedures
