Contract | Nights | 4x10-Hour Shifts (11:00 PM – 9:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform sterile processing functions within a short-term acute care facility setting
- Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipmentHandle and process robotic surgical instrumentation in accordance with established protocols
- Maintain compliance with infection control standards and sterile processing best practices
- Support surgical services operations during night shift hours
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sterile processing experience required
- Active sterile processing certification required
- Experience with robotic instrumentation required
- Proficiency with Epic charting system preferred
- Ability to commit to a block schedule and holiday requirements (must work 3 of 5 designated holidays)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a short-term acute care hospital environment
- Familiarity with surgical services workflows and instrument tracking systems
