Contract | Night Shift (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Care for patients with Trauma, Cardiovascular, Stroke, and Neurological conditions
• Float within scope to the IMC unit as needed to meet facility demands
• Adhere to every-other-weekend scheduling requirements, including some holiday shifts
• Complete required orientation modules and annual competency modules through the facility's learning portal
• Document and manage patient care using EPIC

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (pending license considered)
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience with strong clinical background (3+ years preferred)
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records required
• No first-time travelers; prior travel nursing experience required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of ICU experience, particularly with trauma, cardiovascular, stroke, or neuro patient populations
• Experience floating to IMC or step-down units
• Familiarity with Joint Commission standards related to floating and patient safety
