Key Responsibilities
- Perform and assist with left and right diagnostic and interventional heart catheterizations
- Support pacemaker and AICD implants, loop recorders, Impellas, balloon pumps, TEEs, cardioversions, and tilt table procedures
- Manage STEMI patients and provide peripheral IV access
- Operate common equipment including IV pumps, groin and radial sheaths, Impellas, balloon pumps, IVUS, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, Zoll monitor, and hemodynamic systems
- Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio throughout all procedures
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC charting system
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of two (2) years of acute care RN experience
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN)
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
