Contract | Days | Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM & Friday 8:00 AM–2:30 PM | Hours may vary depending on patient schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services within an outpatient rehabilitation department setting
• Deliver patient care in accordance with treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Adapt daily schedule based on patient volume and individual patient scheduling needs
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including potential floating to affiliate locations nearby
• Complete required onboarding modules prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Active South Carolina PTA licensure required at time of submission — no pending licenses accepted
• BLS certification required
• 2 supervisory references required
• Former permanent staff must have been separated for at least 5 years before being eligible to return as a traveler
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation environment
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule with minimal time-off requests, particularly during the first two weeks of assignment
• Willingness to work some holidays as required
