Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Float between Labor & Delivery, Maternal Special Care, and Postpartum units as part of a Women & Infant Float Pool
• Provide direct patient care to obstetric and postpartum patients across multiple care settings
• Participate in call requirements as assigned
• Provide weekend coverage as part of the regular schedule
• Maintain compliance with all credentialing requirements, including Ohio fingerprinting, in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license — compact or Ohio state license must be in hand at time of submission
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• ACLS certification required
• AWHONN Intermediate certification required
• BLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• AWHONN Advanced certification preferred
• CEFM certification preferred
• Prior experience in a float pool or multi-unit women's and infant care environment
