Contract | Monday–Friday, School Hours | 32 Hours Guaranteed per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by supervising BCBAs
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients in a school setting
• Collect and accurately record data on client behaviors and progress during each session
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment that encourages client engagement and learning

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Ability to pass a background check and any required state or local clearances
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Basic proficiency in data collection and documentation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Additional coursework or training in psychology, education, or related fields
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed
