Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Every Other Holiday Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Urology unit serving nephrology, urology (surgical and non-surgical), benign hematology, and medical-surgical patient populations
- Perform IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and intermediate-level nursing care
- Maintain estimated patient ratios of 1:4–5
- Float to different units within the organization as needed
- Document accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license – compact or Ohio state license required and must be in hand at time of submission
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, and intermediate care skills required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Nursing education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
- Locals are welcome and accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Experience in urology, nephrology, or hematology patient populations
