Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in Postpartum, Nursery, and Labor and Delivery settings
- Maintain a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio during Labor and Delivery and 1:3 ratio for Couplets in Postpartum/Nursery
- Rotate shifts on a 3-week cycle, including every third weekend
- Utilize electronic health record and medication dispensing systems including EPIC, Pyxis, and OBIX
- Float to Med-Surg unit as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Postpartum/Nursery and Labor and Delivery experience required
- Required certifications: BLS, NRP, and ACLS
- Must reside within 80 miles of the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Med-Surg unit float experience
- Familiarity with EPIC, Pyxis, and OBIX platforms
