Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Shift hours flexible with preferred 11:00–23:00 | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care within a high-volume operating room environment
• Support surgical procedures with a focus on Orthopedic, Neurological, and Trauma cases
• Cover 2 on-call shifts per month as part of call coverage rotation
• Utilize Cerner electronic health record system for accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes throughout the perioperative process

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong Orthopedic, Neurological, and Trauma OR experience required
• Proficiency with Cerner charting system
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a regional or academic medical center setting
• Ability to adapt to flexible shift scheduling within the operating room
• Familiarity with scrub and/or circulating roles across multiple surgical specialties
