Contract | Night Shift (4x12 Hours, 19:00–07:30) | 13 to 26 week contract options available | 36 or 48 hours per week accepted

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a LTACH ICU setting on night shift
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients, including those with neurological conditions
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for weekends and after-hours coverage (shared among 6–8 staff members)
• Float to other units or campuses as needed based on census, performing only tasks within demonstrated competencies
• Complete all required pre-assignment modules and annual compliance requirements within designated timeframes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Neurological nursing experience required
• Minimum 1 year of recent EPIC EMR experience required
• Must reside more than 100 miles from all system facilities for full eligibility; candidates residing 50–99.9 miles from the contracted campus may be considered at a reduced rate for night shift Adult ICU; candidates under 50 miles are ineligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior LTACH experience strongly preferred
• Experience working in a high-acuity ICU environment with complex, long-term patient populations
