Registered Nurse – Operating Room (Pediatric Circulator)

Contract | Days | 5x8 Hours | Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM | On-Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a circulating RN in a pediatric operating room environment
• Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care in accordance with facility protocols
• Participate in on-call rotation as part of the late call team (details discussed during interview)
• Float between like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius as needed
• Adhere to all facility compliance, scheduling, and holiday coverage requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a valid compact (NLC-compliant) RN license at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience with at least one prior travel assignment completed, or 3 years of OR experience without prior travel
• Pediatric OR experience required
• Willingness to take call as assigned; block scheduling is not guaranteed
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible — strictly enforced

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of OR experience
• BSN degree
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records
