Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Cardiac Med/Surg unit during overnight shifts
• Monitor and assess cardiac and medical-surgical patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Tennessee (or compact license eligibility)
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg or Cardiac Med/Surg nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Med/Surg or Cardiac setting
• Familiarity with cardiac monitoring and telemetry
• Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new care environments
