Contract | Days (3x12, 7:00–19:00) | Onsite | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit within a Level II Trauma Center
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5
• Float between units as needed, including potential float to nearby sister facilities
• Adhere to facility dress code: solid navy blue scrub attire required for licensed nursing personnel
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
• At least one prior travel contract required (seasoned traveler)
• Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submittal — post-offer RTO requests may not be granted
• 2 professional references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity acute care or telemetry environment
• Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to float between units
• Familiarity with holiday and weekend scheduling expectations in a travel setting
