Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 16–26 weeks | Monday to Sunday, weekends as needed, no call; schedule flexibility is required. No block schedules. Travelers must work 2 out of 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient respiratory therapy services with a focus on Pediatrics and NICU Level III patients
• Deliver care in a teaching hospital environment across a variety of respiratory specialties
• Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation and patient management
• Maintain schedule flexibility, including weekends as needed, with no call requirements
• Ensure thorough documentation of all specialties worked within each employment entry

Required Qualifications

• RRT credential required — CRT will not be accepted
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required — NRP must be current upon submission
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Pediatrics and NICU Level III experience required; NICU levels must be listed in work history
• Teaching hospital experience required
• Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years is required and non-negotiable
• All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained; complete work history including bed count, EMR, and facility type is required for submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel assignment experience preferred
• Experience across multiple respiratory therapy specialties, well-documented in work history
