Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities, and determine diagnosis, prognosis, and intervention strategies
• Design, implement, and modify individualized therapeutic plans to alleviate impairments and restore patients' ability to perform daily activities
• Provide pelvic health-focused physical therapy services within an outpatient clinic setting
• Focus on injury and disability prevention by promoting overall health, fitness, and wellness across all age groups
• Engage in knowledge-sharing with colleagues and the community, and contribute to current physical therapy research and practices
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records including physician orders, treatment plans, progress reports, attendance, and discharge summaries, and ensure timely charge submission

Required Qualifications

• Graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy
• Member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy
• Active Physical Therapist license for the state of Colorado, or a permit from the licensing board while awaiting licensure examination
• Pelvic Health Certification required
• Current CPR Certification required
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Pelvic Health required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient clinic environment
• Demonstrated ability to treat diverse patient populations across all age groups
