Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | 10–11 call shifts per month required, including rotating weekends | 72 guaranteed hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Key Responsibilities

• Operates diagnostic imaging equipment during cardiac catheterization procedures
• Performs scrub technologist functions to assist cardiologist and vascular surgeon
• Performs hemodynamic monitoring throughout procedures
• Documents procedures in real time during cases using Epic
• Provides shared on-call coverage supporting a 24/7 cardiac cath lab

Required Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire MIRT license required (temporary NH license available only if a license has previously been held — proof of application must be provided at time of submission)
• RT (Registered Technologist) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification required
• ACLS and CPR-AHA certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of cardiac cath lab experience required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience supporting both cardiologist and vascular surgeon in the cath lab setting
• Familiarity with hemodynamic monitoring equipment and techniques
• Experience with on-call and rotating weekend coverage in a high-acuity cath lab
