Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist

Exeter, NH | Acute Care
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days — Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; 10–11 on-call shifts per month required, including rotating weekends; 72-hour biweekly guarantee (on-call hours not included in guarantee)
Key Responsibilities
- Operates diagnostic imaging equipment during cardiac catheterization procedures
- Performs scrub technologist functions to assist cardiologist and vascular surgeon
- Performs hemodynamic monitoring throughout procedures
- Documents procedure details in real time during each case using Epic
- Provides shared on-call coverage as part of a 24/7 cardiac cath lab team, including rotating weekends
Required Qualifications
- Active MIRT license (New Hampshire) AND RT or RCIS certification required — candidates who have never previously held a license will not qualify for a temporary NH license; proof of application must be provided at time of submission
- ACLS certification (AHA) required
- CPR certification (AHA) required
- Minimum 2 years of cardiac cath lab experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in both scrub and monitoring roles within a cath lab setting
- Familiarity with vascular surgery support in a cath lab environment
