Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an ICU/CCU setting during day shift hours
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
- May occasionally float to cover breaks and assist in other areas as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
- Proof of negative TB screen within 12 months of contract start date
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an ICU or CCU setting
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in high-acuity environments
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in acute care settings
